Who Am I?
I'm seeking an opportunity to take my next step in strategic leadership for an organization.
Over my career, I have grown from an individual contributor following the direction of others, into someone who is setting direction, pace, and vision for others to follow. These experiences have ignited a passion for leadership, strategy, and organizational architecture. I am interested in expanding my experience outside of a specific technical domain and bringing my leadership to a wider IT audience.
To get an idea of whether I'm a good fit for your organization, here are four traits that define the work that I am most passionate about:
Strategic Thinking
Stressful or complex situations can bog down even the most talented teams. My ability to translate the voice of the customer into clear direction brings clarity, confidence, and momentum.
Human-Centered
It's critical to remember that there are people on the other end of the solutions that we build. I use my perception, empathy, and taste for design to form strong partnerships with my customers and team.
Force Multiplier
My role is bigger than what I do with my own two hands. It's important to create room for excellence; recognizing and maximizing those around you into the best versions of themselves.
Adaptable & Versatile
I thrive in unfamiliar or undefined territory where I get to experience new challenges and opportunities to prove myself. Able to build structure and process that invites others to follow and be successful.
